Provided programming, master plan services, and design of three fioors including a
22,000-square-foot addition and 4,000 square feet of remodeling to existing building
totaling $2.1 million.
- Veterans Memorial Hospital, William S. Middleton Hospital, Madison, WI
Waste incinerator addition and miscellaneous boiler-room modifications.
- Edgerton Memorial Hospital, ICU/CCU Addition
Addition of masonry and concrete structure to remain within the threshold spending
limit.
- Allen Chapel, Medical Clinic Building/Daycare Center
Convert previous Village of Brown Deer medical clinic building into a daycare center
for 125 children. Master plan included five-acre site for future expansion which is to
provide a new, 1,500-seat sanctuary and K-12 choice school.
- General Electric Medical Systems, Expansion/Renovation
Provided consulting architectural services for design of a $12 million expansion and
renovation of an x-ray tube production facility. Also included designing a coolidge
lab research and vacuum tube test facility.
- University of Wisconsin, Madison School of Pharmacy, Madison, WI
Remodeling project totaling $4 million included research library, small animal
laboratory, roof penthouse, and hepa-filter exhaust.
- Green Bay Sewage Treatment Plant
Architect for the design of the non-process facilities as part of an $80 million addition
and remodeling program. Included administration offices, laboratory for water quality
control, and maintenance building complete with sandblast, paint booth, and welding
areas.
- P & L Biochemicals
Pabst brewery subsidiary included schematic space use studies of an off-campus
industrial facility for recombinant chemical production.
- United Apostolic Church of God
Designed and developed a master plan for a $35 million planned use development,
including a new, 1,500-seat sanctuary.
- Milwaukee County Transit System, Office Building
Central administration office building and transfer printing facility totaling $3.5
million included a new, 60,000-square-foot building as phase one work.
- Covenant Community Church
Developed space-use plan of a 125,000-square-foot industrial building to be converted
into a church and training facility.
