Convert previous Village of Brown Deer medical clinic building to day care for 125 children. Master plan 5 acre site for future expansion which is to provide a new 1500 sear sanctuary and K-12 choice school.
MOUNT MORIAH CHURCH:
Completed feasibility study on proposed $1.5M renovation and expansion of existing Church building.
RIVERWEST COMMUNITY CHURCH - DAY CARE FACILITY FOR 75 CHILDREN
Prepared preliminary design documents and obtained Board Of Zoning & Appeals conditional approval of petition for Variance.

Prepared exterior restoration documents for concrete and masonry to resolve code compliance conformance. Working with ministry staff to create campus plan for elderly housing and community learning center.
CAPITOL CHRISTIAN CENTER
Designed conversion of former 2 story with basement convent into a day care and adult learning center. Provided schematic master plan to develop several city blocks to fulfill Christian community development goals.
